Technical Assistance

The Early Literacy Program (ELP) provides support to Orange County early childhood programs, family child care homes, and literacy-based programs. Specifically, ELP is dedicated to:

Supporting partnerships and collaboration between Orange County early childhood professionals.
Developing and disseminating ELP and partnership resources and materials.
Supporting Web-based information, including resources and Web site links to other organizations.
Supporting Countywide efforts to bring state and federal dollars into Orange County.
